Get rid of security certificates

This is the logical extension of those horrible security certificates (i.e. detained without charge, no bail, no access to the 'evidence' against you):

"High-security centre to house terror suspects"

Is "Guantanamo lite" anything like "torture lite"?

This is terrible.
